He, together with his two friends, Frank and Knut, were out chasing the aurora, after a 30min drive outside of Tromso, they pulled the car over when they found their strategic location. Then all of a sudden all electricity in the area blacked out, it was strange, it was mysterious, it was like they could feel something was about to happen.…

For those who frequently go to the beach must know the fact that beach stones may at first seem free of imperfections. This has been resulted by years of continual tumbling and scouring by surf and sand have rounded off any rough edges. With a commitment of time, these almost invisible surface features can be used to entice even the largest boulder to a point of blissful equilibrium. This balanced heart-shaped stone has been spotted and photo snapped at Southern California (coordinate: 33.460039, -117.712664) on December 27, 2008 by Joe …

NASA’s Mars Exploration Rover Spirit captured this stunning view of the Sun sinking below the rim of Gusev crater on Mars. This Panoramic Camera (Pancam) mosaic was taken around 6:07 in the evening of the rover’s 489th Martian day, or sol. Because Mars is farther from the Sun than the Earth is, the Sun appears only about two-thirds the size that it appears in a sunset seen from the Earth. The floor of Gusev crater is visible in the distance, and the Sun is setting behind.…
