Many artists have used pencils to create beautiful pieces of work – but only one creates stunning masterpieces on the tip of one. Microscopic artist Dalton Ghetti spends up to two-and-a half years painstakingly crafting each handmade piece on the graphite of a pencil. Mr Ghetti, who works as a carpenter, has been working with pencils for about 25 years and his stunning sculptures include Elvis, the entire alphabet, linking chains and even an entire church which is just 10mm tall. In a non-de script warehouse, somewhere deep within the confines of downtown Philadelphia, there is an incredible collection of sports racing cars. The collection of Dr. Fred Simeone is one of those which a person could drive past for years, never knowing it was there. On an evening in July ’07, while attending the Vintage Triumph Register Convention, I was lucky enough to be invited along on a tour. Dr. Simeone personally guided us through what has to be one of the more impressive private collections I have ever seen. Unlike unlike many collectors, rather than present over restored art in formal dining room conditions, the Simeone collection lives in a working environment. I suspect the bulk of his collection needs only a little gas and a battery to run. Beyond what you see here, there are C and D-Type Jags, multiple additional Alfa Romeos, a 300S Maser ati, Ferraris, a blower Bentley, the first Cobra Daytona Coupe and others. A big thanks goes out to Dr. Simeone for hosting us. It was an amazing once in a lifetime experience.

Python is a non-poisonous snake that is large and muscular. Being among the biggest and fearsome snakes in Asia, its length can reach up to 15 feet and weight up to 140kg. With its large body and squeezing-power, it can easily kill and consume small mammals like pigs and goats. I can’t imagine any human can live together with a python. But here we are, looking straight to the photos of these “crazy people” with their “pet”. While I’m not sure where the photos were taken, I can confirm that it was somewhere in Asia. They played the python like a toy! (Probably they already dead while you are reading this haha)

The innocent boy was lying on the python with a very relaxing manner without once thinking about the future danger he might engage. How peaceful…

The family members were really underestimating the python’s animal instinct. They played the python cheerfully without feeling any fear. Thinking safe? Forget it. It is a big solute to them!

Gelligen is a village in the Belgium province of Hainaut and it has about 3000 inhabitants. The village is about 40 kilometer southwest of Brussels and the country is well-known sometimes ago with gas explosion which the heaviest in the Belgium history. The pipe explosion accident happened on 30 July 2004 and 24 Died on this explosion including 1 policeman and 5 firemen, while more than 140 more people injured. While the causes of explosion are still being unknown to the public, I manage to get the full report of the accident (sent by somebody to my email). Let’s learn about the accident so that such incident will not happen to us.

Amateur rocketry is a hobby in which participants experiment with fuels and make their own rocket motors, launching a wide variety of types and sizes of rockets. Even the hobby is sound lame, amateur rocketeers have been responsible for significant research into hybrid rocket motors, and have built and flown a variety of solid, liquid, and hybrid propellant motors.
