Are you planning to buy a gadget similar like Apple iPad? Well, most of us thought that Apple iPad is the only touch screen tablet computer available in the market but the fact is that soon Apple iPad will have many competitors in the technology market as every equipment manufacture is set to give Apple iPad a tough fight. Yes, Apple iPad has won the hearts of millions of people with its sleek attractive looks but equipment manufactures of upcoming tablet computers believe that they will be able to win the competition because Apple iPad has many drawbacks that they have tried to cover up in their latest tablet computers.

HP is among the first equipment manufacturers that will release their much anticipated HP Slate soon in the market. HP Slate is as sleek as Apple iPad but uses Windows 7 operating system which makes it one of the most happening touch screen tablet computers for those who prefer using Windows operating system. Right behind HP is another top computer manufacturer Dell who is coming up with Dell Streak. Streak is comparatively smaller than Apple iPad and HP Slate because it has only 5 inch screen but Dell promises that it has more applications and software than Apple iPad.

If we are talking about netbooks and tablets we cannot leave aside Asus who is now coming up with their version of touch screen tablet computer known as Eee Tablet. The tablet is said to have Android power that will help the users to make better use of the device. Another Indian version of tablet computer known as Notion Ink Adam will soon make waves across the technology market as has been incorporated with Pixel Qi technology for superior LCD display and powered by Tegra 2 chip for quick browsing and smooth multi tasking.
